Is it really only $1.50 per pound?
Yes! If you choose our 3-day delivery option we’ll pickup, clean and deliver your laundry for only $1.50 per pound. Our order minimum for this rate is $25 for next day, 2 day, and 3+ day delivery, and $35 for same day delivery. Affordability with high quality is what we aim for, and it's what makes us different than any other cleaner in the Cleveland area.
When do I get my clothes back?
When creating your order online or via our mobile app, you select a delivery time that is convenient for you.
I like a certain detergent, can I give it to you to use?
Yes! If you want to give us your preferred products, that's no problem. We'll use your provided detergent/softener and return with your neatly folded laundry
Is there an extra fee for pick up and delivery?
Pick up and delivery is always free! We cover the greater Cleveland area and have available times every day of the week.
What are your pick up days and times?
Monday-Friday. Pickup and delivery times are shown when placing a new order. You view and select the best time slots before placing an order.
What items can I give you?
We accept any items that are known to be washed in a washer machine.
Do you wash comforters?
We wash comforters of any size.
Is there an order minimum?
Our order minimum is $25 for next day, 2 day, and 3+ day delivery, and $35 for same day delivery. Any order less than order minimum will be charged at order minimum.
Do I need to pre-sort my laundry?
No need to pre-sort. We'll sort your items by color prior to washing.
What do I put my laundry in for pickup?
You can place your laundry in trash bags or laundry hampers.
How is my laundry packaged for delivery?
Depends on how you bring it at us. If in trash bags, It will be delivered in a new clear bag. If in a hamper, it will be delivered in a clear bag folded in your hamper/basket.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No! If you're comfortable, you can leave laundry outside your door for pick-up. This also applies to delivery. Please indicate this in the preferences when you place the order.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order via our website, or our mobile app.
Can I have same day pickup/delivery?
Yes you can. You will have to schedule a pick up the day prior before 8pm.
What is the cut-off time for same day service?
The daily cutoff time for same day service is 8pm the day prior. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
How does payment work?
When you create an account online or via our mobile app, you'll provide us with a credit card to use for completed orders. The card will be automatically charged prior to delivery.
Please note, we do authorize your card for $20 when placing the order. This $20 is placed on your card to ensure the card is active and can be used. After the order is completed, we charge the actual amount and the $20 hold is released. It usually takes 1-3 business days for your bank to drop that $20 hold from your account.
Do you serve businesses?
Yes, we do. Any business from restaurants, nursing homes, bars, you name it. We are here to serve anyone's commercial laundry needs.
